As one of the newer partners at BGC, James oversees the audit department and its day to day functions. He has over twelve years of public accounting experience and is able to put that to use while managing his department.
James has a B.B.A. from Georgia State University with a double major in Accounting and Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude. After school, James officially became a Certified Public Accountant.
James lived in the Aiken/Augusta area as a child but spent his teen and adult years in Atlanta until he was hired by BGC and relocated to Greenville from Atlanta in the fall of 2014. James is married with 4 sons, and enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on UGA football, and playing pickup basketball. One of James’ favorite things about living in Greenville is not enduring Atlanta traffic anymore.
