“However beautiful the strategy, you should occasionally look at the results.”
A twenty year veteran in accounting & one of BGC’s newest partners, Brian utilizes his acquired skills in all areas of taxation, but with specialized emphasis in estate, trust, gift, and high net worth individuals. Though Brian hasn’t been with BGC his whole career, he has called them family since his hiring date in 1999. Many of his compatriots have CPA accreditations, but Brian is actually a member of the South Carolina Bar Association. He is also a member of the Greenville Estate Planning Council, Greenville Estate Planning study group, and the American Bar Association. He attended the University Of Mississippi School Of Law after getting his B.S. in Accounting from Clemson University.
Brian loves to spend time with his daughter, filling most of his free time with whatever interests and hobbies she has going on. When he isn’t doing that, he enjoys watching sports, exercising, and learning various martial arts. His three favorite things in the world are faith, family, and ice cream, though not necessarily in that order.
Brian moved to this area from Mechanicsville, VA, and developed a strong enough tie and affection from his time at Clemson to stay here permanently. Brian has lived here for 18 years, and loves that Greenville still retains its small town atmosphere amid its continuous growth.
