Pete’s clients include companies in professional services, manufacturing, construction, distribution, retail, restaurants and real estate. He strives for a collaborative relationship with each client with the goal of moving their business forward; the reward of which is keeping people employed, and products and services flowing. Self-described as a “dying breed of generalists”, Pete feels that his broad knowledge across accounting, tax, and business valuation allow him to provide business advice and tax savings ideas while removing stress from business owners feeling they have to go it alone.
Pete is most proud of his two sons who have grown to be fine young men attending colleges in South Carolina. He and his wife are kept company in their home by their rescue dog, Gracie.
Pete's Story:
Pete attended the University of South Carolina at Aiken for his undergraduate degree and the University of South Carolina (main campus) for his master’s degree. After graduation, Pete moved to Greenville in search of career opportunities. He was attracted to public accounting because he liked the idea of seeing many different companies grow and succeed. Though he didn’t find BGC right away, in 1997 their paths crossed and the rest is history. Pete plays guitar and mandolin. He also enjoys woodworking.
