After 13 years in the role, Mandy recently transitioned from being BGC’s administrative partner back to Firm Administrator. Over the years most of her work was focused on the firm’s internal needs and managing departments. Her client work focuses on companies with month end closings to help ensure the financials they rely on are current and accurate.

Kim enjoys working with clients by communicating with them throughout the year.  She finds it exciting that everyone has a different story. Her clients are primarily small to mid-size businesses and their owners, and nonprofit organizations.  She advises them on their tax planning and preparation.To provide the business owners with insight into their profitability and tax planning opportunities, she helps with QuickBooks™ training, implementation or preparation.

Cindy Weathers

Cindy is a manager of Client Accounting Services (CAS) at the firm. She reviews and prepares financial statements and payroll returns; the larger and more complicated the better, she’d say. She feels bookkeeping is like a jigsaw puzzle which she also loves doing. Seeing a task through to completion is important to Cindy, which is one reason many of her clients have stayed with her for decades.
